At Beach Mate, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase.
If something’s not quite right, we’ll always do our best to make it right — fairly and with care.
🔁 Change of Mind Returns
We know online shopping isn’t always easy, so we offer 60 days from delivery to return or exchange your Beach Mate for any reason.
To be eligible:

Your Beach Mate must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, including the wash bag and accessories.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Once your return is received and checked, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).
If you’d prefer to exchange for another design, just reach out — we’ll happily help coordinate it.
We’re a small business, but we genuinely care about our customers and want you to love your Beach Mate.
🪡 Warranty & Quality Promise
Every Beach Mate is made from recycled plastic bottles, designed to last season after season.
We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects, including:

Stitching or strap faults

Defective zippers or accessories

Fabric defects not caused by wear or misuse
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Misuse, neglect, or improper care (for example, bleach, high heat, or ironing)

Damage from external factors (like weather, pets, or accidents)
If you experience an issue, please contact us at hello@beachmate.co with your order number and a few photos or a short video showing the problem.
We’ll review your claim and offer the fairest solution — whether that’s a repair, replacement, or store credit.
We’re a small team that takes pride in our customer service — so even outside warranty, if something goes wrong, we’ll always do our best to help.
📦 How to Return

We’ll reply with return instructions and address details.

Package your item securely and send it back.

Once received and approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item is confirmed faulty.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
