Shipping policy

We do our best to get your Beach Mate to you quickly so you can hit the sand sooner. Below you’ll find all the details on how we ship, track, and handle your orders.


📦 Processing Times

All orders are packed and shipped from the Gold Coast, Queensland.
We aim to dispatch within 3–4 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.

During busy periods or new product launches, please allow an extra day or two — we’re a small team, but we always pack with care.


🌏 Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide using reliable carriers like Australia Post or Sendle, depending on your location.

Standard Shipping:

  • Flat rate $12.95

  • FREE shipping on orders over $150 AUD

  • Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days (depending on your location)

Express Shipping:

  • Flat rate $19.95

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days (metro areas)

Please note: These are carrier estimates and may vary slightly due to public holidays, weather, or rural delivery zones.


✈️ International Shipping

We’re happy to ship internationally on a case-by-case basis.
If you’re outside Australia, please email us at hello@beachmate.co with your location and what you’d like to order, and we’ll work out the best possible shipping option for you.

This helps us calculate accurate costs and ensure your Beach Mate arrives safely — wherever you are in the world. 🌍


🧾 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

If you don’t see your tracking email within a few days, check your spam folder or email us at hello@beachmate.co and we’ll resend it.


📍 Address Changes

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order.
If you realise you’ve made a mistake, contact us ASAP — we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch, but can’t guarantee changes once an order is processed.


💌 Lost or Delayed Parcels

We understand how frustrating shipping delays can be.
While we can’t take responsibility for postal delays or errors once your parcel leaves our hands, we’ll happily help you lodge an enquiry with the courier and support you in resolving the issue.
